Rotary beveling model is mainly used in shipyard, pressure vessel and container, steel pipe and tube structure, the effective cutting width and length are optional for customers. Different steel plates thickness need different plasma powers, US Hypertherm and German Kjelberg plasma source models are popular in the world and recommended by us. The rotary beveling model is designed by Italian company and assembled, test in China. CNC controller and nesting software are finished in Italy, the electric control system are European brands, servo driving system is Siemens.
1. Raptor 12.40 RB.P.G. machine:
One oxy fuel station with on-off valve:
US HPR260xd auto gas control:
Fume extracting table is made by customer, the drawing is from Hermann.
Air compressor, filter, condeser are prepared by customer.
2. Delivery date: Within 3 weeks delivered in China after 30% deposit.
3. Training & Installation:
Air tickets and local accommodation are paid by customer, 1-2 Hermann technicians will serve within one week.

Rotary beveling BK300-3D with auto gas control, arc voltage sensor, A+B robot arms.
US HPR260/400XD with auto gas control.
Oxy fuel station with On-Off valve, auto ignition, capacitor sensor, Gentec MT325.
Italian CNC controller, nesting software, electrical & servo system.
X-Y motions on linear rail & bearings: Taiwan HIWIN.
Plasma torch lifter: ball screw.
Oxy fuel torch lifter: pinion/rack.
Fume ducting table is made by customer, drawing is from Hermann Automotion.
Air compressor, filter, condenser are prepared by customer.
2. Air compressor & filter & frozen system, power distribution are prepared by customer in factory according to layout of Hermman.
