Answer: Our Brushless Motor can be continuous working 20,000 hours, consider environmental factors. Usually it can use 4-5 years without any problems.

Answer: Ducts can be bent or lengthened as desired; but we suggest not more than 1.5meter. For multi-station, the total pipe length should not more than 10 meters.
4. What’s the best distance between the nozzle and the smokes?
Answer: The distance to be 5-15cm is the best.
5. What’s the life span for the pre-filter, middle filter and the main filter?
Answer: Normally, we suggest the replacement periods for pre-filter is 1month, middle filter 3 months, and the main filter 6 months. However, it depends on the different environment.

Answer: Yes, it affect the suction power, it is better to reduce the bent rate.
7. Can our fume extractor completely filtered poison gas?
Answer: No, there still no any kind of filter can filter out 100% of hazardous gases, but you can make a different filter net rate upon request.
8. Does your fume extractor can purify the particles for clean room?
- Sure, the efficiency is very obviously.
9. Can we use the fume extractor on high temperature environment?
- Better no more than 60 degrees. It is to avoid the risk of fire.
