The dust collected will be recycled  .Here , introduce our  pulse jet baghouse dust collector for general dust source in process of material handling , feeding , mixing , blending , batching . The air flow is usually from 6000 M3/ h to 60000 M3/h.

The steel melting include the primary steel / iron melting , aluminum melting , copper , leads melting furnace dust filtration . The air flow are from 10000-200000 M3/H  or more .

1. The compostion of small dust collector unit  :

Bag Filter dust collector ,  Fan with frequency convertor control , PLC , air compressor  station. Rotary dust discharging,  discharged dust conveyor system .

2. The filter  cleaned  by solenoid valve pulse.  We always take ASCO and GOYEN brand as our first choice for our system.

3. Filter cage  and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse . 

4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
