Application:

Multi-position welding dust cleaning system is used to clean dust generated while several welding positions are under operation simultaneously, which is required by large scale production.

Main pipe connected to the main machine of central type dust cleaner extends at one side .It may be connected by T pipe,I pipe ,reducer, and 90°elbow, and secured by fixtures. Suction arm (or suction cover) with necessary length may be installed at each working position ,in this way ,an entire multi-position welding dust cleaning system with the functions of suction ,filtering ,cleaning is installed .

Flexible suction arm sucks dusts and particles generated at dust generating position into central cleaning machine, and discharges clean air after filtration. The main machine may be positioned indoors and outdoors. Main pipe may use PVC pipe or galvanized screwed pipe, etc. according to customer requirements.
